Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Kozy Kabin is located in a quiet location and only a short walk from the village of Ballyduff. There is a large parking area with a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities directly accessible from the main kitchen. And also a covered area to relax in the hot tub. The Waterford Greenway Cycle path close by at Dungarvan. St Carthage's Cathedral tops it off!

This old renovated farmhouse provides comfortable accommodation for anyone wishing to explore the area with its many historical sites and attractions for those who love the great outdoors. Just 2km from Mitchelstown cave and 4 km from the Galtee mountains, Alice’s farmhouse is located close to a working dairy farm where cows and hens may pass by.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

The Blacksmith's Cottage, Fermoy, Co Cork

The Blacksmith's Cottage built in the late 1800's, where 3 generations of Blacksmiths lived, offers guests a traditional country cottage with modern conveniences. The Cottage recently restored and surrounded by a private garden for guests to enjoy. Situated just 5 min from Fermoy town and just 7 min off the M8 Cork-Dublin Motorway and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Adare Manor. Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety And Caters For Up To Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
