Das Larriston Coach House ist ein großes Ferienhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern, Teil eines sehr ländlichen Bauernhofs aus dem 19. Jahrhundert auf 28 Acres, mit 2.500 Acres Hügel vor der Haustür. Es liegt direkt an der schottischen Grenze, in der Nähe von Kielder und Newcastleton (beide fünf Meilen entfernt) und ideal, um das Kielder-Observatorium, den Kielder-Wald, die Borders oder den Norden von Northumberland zu besuchen. Es gibt viel Platz, innen und außen. Der Himmel ist dunkel, der Handyempfang ist gleich Null und die Stille ist ohrenbetäubend.

Die Sonne fließt durch die drei riesigen gewölbten Fenster, um einen tollen Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen zu schaffen. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern, jeweils an beiden Enden der Scheune, kannst du Privatsphäre und den Raum zum Entspannen genießen.

High Hawkhope Bothy

We have to offer fantastic views, bags of peace and quiet at a "get away from it all" venue. We have converted a Shepherd's bothy with beds for four to suit walkers and families alike. This has been converted to a high standard with a single bedroom, separate bathroom with shower and an open plan living and kitchen area with wood burning stove as we aim to offer this accommodation year round. The bothy is located on the edge of the Kielder Water Resevoir next to our home, High Hawkhope Cottage.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Old Bottle Store is a cosy & quaint cottage tucked away behind our pub The Blackcock Inn at Falstone. Just a mile away from Kielder Reservoir we're a brilliant base for a stay in beautiful Northumberland. Amenities include a wood burning stove, kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine), wide-screen TV, comfy sofa and armchairs, dining area, double bed, velux window in the bedroom for stargazing & en-suite bathroom with shower.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.
