It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a pet fee.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Turkey Bay ATV Park. 1 mile to LBL, Lake, Restaurants ,gas station ,and Dollar General. 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah..Plenty of room for parking a boat( we have outside 110 outlets)or ATV’S. Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.
