From early May through late October (weather permitting), Swan Cottage includes: 20' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & 70' dock w/platform. From early November through late April all water equipment is in storage. But once weather warms in early May, the watercraft & dock are for your exclusive use without extra rental fees. (Guests pay only for replenishing pontoon gas.)

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 4 with queen-sized beds, one with a bunk bed, one with 2 twin beds, and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.
