It is within walking distance to Phillips Exeter Academy, beautiful Downtown Exeter, restaurants, pubs, parks and Amtrack train station (which you can take to Boston or Portland) and centrally located for many New England activities. No pets allowed. Please take note: There is a train that passes by periodically and can be loud. Sound is loud for about 1 min or less.
