Die geräumige Villa hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich und alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Im Garten, zudem auch ein gesicherter Parkplatz gehört, ist ein Holzkohlegrill vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben ihr privates Badezimmer, im Untergeschoss ist ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
