Ideally, my place is good for military personnel who are PCSing to Robins Air Force Base or are TDY on extended orders for 90 days or more. It's about a 15-minute drive to the base. Little league is big down here and this location is good for traveling little leaguers for games. The Perry National Fairgrounds is only a 15 min drive and it hosts the annual Georgia National Fair. It is a 14 min drive to Houston Medical Center where traveling nurses and residents will find a convenient commute.

Cozy 3BR/2BA home in a quiet, nice, safe area near Hwy 75 & 41, close to Warner Robins, Perry Fairgrounds, the tech college, and Fort Valley. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath; two rooms have queen beds. Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. Full kitchen, coffee area, workspace, and fenced backyard with wooded view and no rear neighbors for added privacy . Playground just a 1-minute walk away! Outdoor cameras: front door, back door, driveway. No indoor cameras.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.
