Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

It is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom (King or 2 Singles) bathroom, laundry, pool access and peaceful area for dining outside. Can accommodate 1 child on blow-up mattress. 30m walk from parking at front of house to guesthouse at the back of the yard. 10 min drive to beach, Fremantle, 5 min drive to the river, short walk to supermarket. A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.
