This new two-bedroom rural retreat is ideal for a relaxing break with family/ friends. Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Seaside Rosetta cottage with beach access

Relax in casual comfort at the beach. Formerly the popular Bird's nest on Rosetta the accommodation has been modified and expanded to include a open plan lounge/kitchenette/dining space on the ground floor. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck or amble down to the popular Rosetta cafe. The property has its own beach access so you can meander down a grassy path to a quiet beach spot away from the madding crowds to sip a glass of wine and watch a stunning sunset with a backdrop of Kapiti Island.

Water to the tiny house is UV treated, filtered and hot water is gas heated. Enjoy relaxing on the deck or chill out in the lounge/dining room with a 43" TV surround sound system.

Frankie's place

We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.

Kokomea - means the glow of the sunset. This is a private peaceful property with a pleasant rural outlook towards the Hemi Matenga ridge. The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Exquisitely designed Beach house

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful home. This newly built, architecturally designed 2 bedroom house has everything for a comfortable stay. Great sun and outlook and only 5 mins walk from the beach. Using many of the passive house principles it features a polished concrete floor throughout, soaking up the heat in the day and putting it back into the house at night. It is warm and inviting and the decor clean and uncluttered so you can really own the space.

The Tree House

This is a brand new 2 bedroom spacious cottage nestled amongst trees, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Waikanae river. The Cottage has a complete kitchen and two good sized bedrooms equipped with queen beds and internal wardrobes. It is equipped with a heat pump and for those cozy cool evenings a fire place. If your fancy takes you, there is an outside bath on the veranda that you can relax in and enjoy while watching the birds in the tree tops.

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach.
