My Island Home

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

Comfy 3BR cottage on foreshore, excellent position

Once used as a schoolhouse over a century ago, the cottage has been renovated in sympathy to the original style. Accommodation is for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (queen, double and twin). It has a well-appointed kitchen,spacious eating area, cosy lounge, north facing outdoor patio with BBQ and views over the water. There is undercover parking in 2 carports and we are pet-friendly (on request) for small to medium dogs. Its central yet quiet location is close to both the wharf and boat ramp.

KI Heritage Listed 1849 Original Stone Cottage

This gorgeous cottage offers the perfect intimate or family getaway. With a bar and luxury bathtub on the deck you will feel free and happy taking in the amazing ocean view. (Bath in summer is subject to water availability). Beaches, cafes, hotel, restaurants, cellar doors and tourist attractions are all within a walk or short drive. Kangaroo Island is as picturesque as it is rugged and I am yet to find a person disappointed with their stay on the island and more importantly, in my cottage.

A Super comfy King size bed and Queen size bed in the second room. Kitchen is fully appointed with Nespresso, airfryer, microwave, oven and utensils. So close to amazing walks and fishing spots!

Centrally positioned in KI’s main town of Kingscote, Little Kobada is a quaint 1940s bungalow full of character and charm. With all the necessities needed for a truly comfortable stay, this self-contained holiday home comes with a fenced yard - providing guests with privacy and a place for your best mate to romp securely (yes, pets are welcome!)
