Trevlig villa med elbilsparkering 10 min från stan

Fint parhus i lugnt område med närliggande skogsdunge som ändå är så nära till Göteborg stad. Tar 10 min med bil och 30min med cykel eller buss. Har en egen carport med elbilsladdare och motorvärmare. 3 sovrum på övervåningen med egen toalett& dush. Undervåningen har ett stort kök, stor soffa och badrum& tvättstuga. Jag bor själv men har två döttrar hemma i huset varannan vecka. Då hyr jag offtast ej ut. De är 6 & 8 år vilket betyder massa leksaker. Inget hotel direkt. När parker och SPA.

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!
