The main rental unit is a private restored two bedroom Carriage house that is fully air conditioned with an open floor plan. We are less than 1 mile from town but still enjoy watching deer families and wild turkeys cross our property. It truly is a home away from home and a clean comfortable place to relax in.

Our studio guest house is located in a small, quiet neighborhood in southern Grants Pass 10 minutes from downtown fun and many river parks. The view is lovely! WiFi is included as well as cable tv A single daybed/couch and queen bed are in this studio setup. Guests are welcome to park right in front of the cottage or in another designated space.There is a small outdoor patio and a shaded park bench to enjoy the sunset from. If you wish to bbq, briquettes and bbq are provided.
