We have curated the home with local furnishings including one-of-kind art and furniture pieces from local island craftsmen for an authentic experience. Nearby of Trico Bar & Grill with great food & drinks, pool and dive shop on site. 10 minutes drive to the nearest sand beach Turquoise Bay, 30 minutes to secluded Camp Bay and Paya Bay beaches.

The Mesoamerican Reef ( the second largest barrier reef in the world) Electric is not included in the rental rate, I will take to read the meter at check-in and check out, the total used will be collected cash or credit

This newly built home has everything you need for an amazing escape including kayaks, snorkel gear, large deck, outdoor shower & the reef just a 5-10 minute paddle out the front door! This fully furnished home is perfect for a couple or small family up to 4. We do not allow stays over 28 days.
