Wembley is ideally located 10 min from the city and 10 min from Floreat and City Beach, beachside cafes, pubs restaurants. Public transport is easily accessed. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space.
