This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Indigo House is a Newly renovated turn of the century old Mill House located in downtown Maysville. It is decorated with European and American period pieces and decor. Enjoy great nights rest on brand new mattresses. Three roomy bedrooms are provided with closets and dressers in which to keep your clothes. Includes one King bed and two Queen. Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
