Our home is on a quiet 3 acre property just 5 miles from town. We have vegetable gardens, fruit orchards and dozens of berry bushes. We have amazing views of the Olympic Mountains and our neighbor is a lavender farm! The studio apartment is a bright, sunny place which is attached to our home, but has its own entrance. It's a wonderful venue for visitors to the area being close to both the water and the mountains and the lavender farms. We are a short ferry ride to both Victoria and Seattle.

The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

The Crofts -Katmoget

On a quaint country road with views of the Olympic mountains to the south and the Salish sea to the north you will find a 5 acre sheep farm that we call (with a nod to the Scottish tradition) the Crofts. Our Katmoget Croft is light and airy with high ceilings, quirky decor and windows on all sides that frame the pastoral surroundings. It features a well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, comfortable queen bed, flat screen tv, starlink internet, and large patio/outdoor living area.

Escape to our custom 112 sf Blue Moon tiny house with breathtaking mountain views. Enjoy farm life, stunning views, and the simplicity of tiny living. Our kitchenette features a Keurig, outdoor BBQ, small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and hot plate. Perfect for Couples or solo travelers, indulge in luxurious private spa amenities, sauna, hot tub, or visits to the Olympic National Park. Stargaze by fire pit or dine in open air. Beautiful landscaping with a trout pond, large yard, in season berries on the bushes, produce in the garden, fresh eggs in the chicken coop and catch and release trout fishing.

New self-contained Studio nestled on 5 acres of private, quiet farm land located in a valley less than 2 miles off Hwy 101 with a view of the surrounding hills. Elk sometimes wander throughout valley and coyotes may be heard at night. 2 miles from the City of Sequim and John Wayne Marina and Sequim Bay where there is access to fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Plenty of outdoor fun with hiking trails, lavender farms, lakes, wineries, restaurants and shopping nearby.

The Rustic Retreat

Welcome to The Rustic Retreat This rustic cabin housed a family of 5 the first 4 years of developing the property that we continue working on. This space has a fully functioning kitchen, one private bedroom,and a twin bed in the loft. The bathroom is a European style wet bath with plenty of space to shower. We are situated in a prime location minutes to town on 5 acres. The tiny house and main house are roughly 100 feet apart and surrounded by tall trees.
