It’s a quite neighborhood safe, only 5 miles from the freeway also 35 minutes to Denny Stadium. Roll tide my place for nice stay. This my private home I reside in myself I will rent the whole house for 3-4 guests but if it’s one person I’ll rent half of the house which have two bedrooms and private bathroom , I will stay on the other side we share the kitchen only . You will hear others in the floor below. The spiral staircase is not for everyone, I would not advise this space for anyone with mobility issues. Suitcases are difficult to carry up the stairs. The second bedroom has sloped ceilings which may not be suitable for tall people.
