The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

Johannes

Dit schip uit 1886 maakte vroeger deel uit van de Hollandse zeilende binnen-vaart, welke gebruikt werd voor het vervoer van vele bouwmaterialen en levensmiddelen. Inmiddels is de Johannes omgebouwd tot woonschip, waarvan drie etages van de stuurhut zijn ingericht voor u die graag overnacht in het centrum van Amsterdam doch ook enige rust waardeert. Gezellig straatje& super centraal. U logeert privé op de achterkant van het schip welke vroeger de stuurhut en machineruimte was.
