Naivasha is a quiet retreat that offers urban comforts amidst nature. This Condé Nast recommended studio is private, has an attached kitchen & bath, high speed WiFi & overlooks a beautiful orchard garden having fruit trees, pond, meditation gazebo, fire pit, pizza oven, organic produce & birdsong. It is a short walk from the Dal Lake. Close by are Shalimar & Nishat gardens, Hazratbal & Dachigam National Forest. If you want to avoid crowds we can curate an off-beat destination itinerary for you.

'Outhouses' built as self-contained studio apartments with direct access to the Villa grounds, a beautiful curated garden, parking, cctv security, lawns and kitchen gardens. The bedrooms have wood panelling on the walls, traditional to Kashmir, yet give the inside a hut like look. Room has King size bed & full size Sofa Bed (extra adult 6 ft tall). Property is within Brein area of Nishat, considered to be a safe and upscale area of Srinagar. A walk to the Dal would take you ten minutes.
