This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

If you are coming to enjoy our beaches, we are only 8 miles from Folly beach, 17 miles from Kiawah and Seabrook Islands and 13 miles from Sullivan’s Island. I am a Charleston native and my husband came to Charleston on a soccer scholarship in 1989 from Trinidad. We provide a binder to include some of our favorite places to go and areas nearby.

We are within walking distance to a row of restaurants/bars, a ropes course, fitness gym, a grocery store , and only a short six miles (5-15 mins drive) to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. We have a sweet pup who likes to greet you in the backyard and a sweet cat who roams around all the time.

We are pet friendly with a small $50 pet fee (total for stay, not per night).

The studio is one room and features a queen bed, dining area with an apartment size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a bathroom with a small stand up shower. There is a private entrance, covered porch and fenced yard area along with off-street parking.
