Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

White River Retreat

Our cabin is located in a beautiful, peaceful valley and backs up on the White River with a spectacular view of the towering majestic Handford bluff. Guests are often treated to glimpses of wildlife, including bald eagles soaring above the bluff and river. The interior of the cabin is a cozy yellow pine and oak hardwood floors. The cabin is spacious at approximately 1600 square feet. Guests can choose to relax in the shade near the water, swim or fish. Peace is the order of the day!

Secluded and quiet, away from the city, but within 5-10 minutes of the Ozark Folk Center, the Dulcimer Shoppe, the downtown court square and pickin’ park, and the White River. 15 minutes to Blanchard Springs Cavern. Tiny home is on our 10 acre property, situated away from the main house for privacy. Cabin has a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, dining and kitchen area, along with all linens and kitchen supplies.

Calico Bluff American Cabin

Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.
