Bristol Mountain Townhouse , Northstar Village

Bright and open townhouse in Northstar Village right at the base of Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. New AC installed 2022. Winter: Be the first on the lift in the morning and relax by the fire in the evening. Summer: Aerial Adventure park and Zip line rides at the mountain and a 10 minute drive to access Lake Canandaigua. The area is home to amazing hiking trails, wineries, incredible golf, water park and all round spectacular scenery. One of the only true three bedroom units in the Village.

Luxurious slope side ski home fully stocked.

Ideal for the summer getaway. This unit has air conditioning and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, and everything you will need. There are 18 units, of which only around 6 are used during summer months. The hiking and cycling is world class on quiet roads and trails. There are several supervised swimming beaches on the local lakes. The Bristol Ski hill offers Ziplining (5000ft in total length) plus aerial adventure courses for all levels. The area is renowned for local wines.

Ithaca Music-lovers Barn

The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

B&B 44 at Greek Peak

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

Country Camper: Hot Tub, Waterfalls, Pond, & Vews

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our cozy camper. Relax in the outdoor nine-person hot tub, year around. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens and fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. A beautiful log cabin in the woods with an incredible view, that sleeps 5. There is a queen bed downstairs, a double in loft and then a roll-away twin in living room. Peace and quiet, discovering nature and resetting yourself. Life has been a challenge and it is good to step back sometimes. Our peaceful retreat is centrally located near many parks and waterfalls. Located between beautiful Canandaigua, Keuka and Seneca Lakes.
