Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Galeria Cornelia- Istrian House / Heated POOL

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Z ekološkim čebelnjakom »BEe RESeT« smo ustvarili kotiček, ki vam pri današnjem hitrem tempu življenja lahko nudi pravi pobeg pred vsakdanjo rutino, kjer si vzamete čas samo zase, se umirite in sprostite. Zasnovan je na način, da se v njem prebudijo vsi vaši čuti. Ko vstopite vanj, pritisnite tipko RESET in se prepustite blagodejnim vplivom naravnih materialov in narave, ki vas obdaja. Za vse ostalo bodo poskrbele čebele, ta majhna bitjeca z izjemnim poslanstvom.

Šarmantna Delanija- odmor za ljubitelje prirode

Ovo je minijaturna kuća izgrađena od stare hladnjače uklopljene u kamene zidove. Sav namještaj, stolarija i ukrasi su handmade izrade. Pred kućicom se nalazi malo jezero prepuno života i veliki maslinik. Iza kućice raste mala borova šuma. Gostima je na raspolaganju 2000 m2 okućnice. Kućica se nalazi van sela, od mora je udaljena oko 1km (2 min. automobilom). Market je udaljen oko 1,5km. Grad Krk i Malinska 14 km, trajektno pristanište Valbiska 6,3 km.

Marinavita - a floating house

At the more exclusive end of the pontoon, in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, floats Marinavita. Awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window. Throw open the curtains and watch the yachts - just meters away from you - going for a sail. Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast enjoying the 360° view. All around in Portorož and beyond, there is a sea of opportunities to spend a perfect holiday at any time of the year

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Holiday Houses Portoroz Resort

Located abowe Portoroz, only 1 km from citycentre and 2 km from Piran city. New, fully equipped little house, which has everything you need on your vacation. A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is in upper floor, open loft. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Stone House Mate

Detached stone house Mate for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room, kitchen, toalet and, a balcony. It's an ideal escape from the city, also perfect for recreational athletes. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.

Garden house

I would like to welcome you to my cozy house, modernly decorated and fully equipped, close to the sea, at walking distance from beaches (100 m), 50 m from water park /spa center, bus stop. Green and silent private street. Enjoy :)
