Das Ferienhaus Emilia befindet sich auf einem großen umzäunten Grundstück mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Ferienhaus sowie eigenem Pool. Unsere Haustiere zwei Katzen Mia und Lucy sowie Kaninchen Schneeflocke und 4 Hühner heißen Sie herzlich willkommen. Die Einkaufsmärkte Lidl und Plodine sind nur 5 Minuten von uns entfernt. Der Strand und die Partymeile sind von uns zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch!

Charming, spacious summer family house 90 m from the sea, beaches and beautiful walking path. Ideal for families. The total size of the house is over 120 m2. The house has all the necessary equipment, fresh towels, and bed linen. A SUP and some children's toys are also available for guests. The beach is just 90 m away along a pleasant and safe road, very friendly even for smaller children. The beach is varied, with shade, sun, pebbles, rock walls, piers...

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

Neben der einzigartigen Atmosphäre im Inneren, laden Garten und Terasse mit Meerblick zu einem wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit mediterranem Flair ein.
