After ten years in service, Newbo Eco-Cottage is preparing for a refresh. We will be adding features and dealing with cosmetic issues via a fresh coat of paint and new flooring this fall. The Lincoln Highway Hideaway

The Lincoln Highway Hideaway is a studio apartment nestled in Belle Plaine along the historic Lincoln Highway. A former Maid Rite restaurant, it features two queen-sized beds, a 3/4 bathroom with shower, and private parking. We focus on short term stays, although we sometimes rent a month at a time to traveling workers. (Please message me ahead of time with details if this situation pertains to you.) We offer a 15% discount/week. 40% per month.

Located 1 block from the Raccoon River Valley Bike Trail (75 mile paved loop), 15 minutes from I-80 and 30/40 minutes from the State's Capital City of Des Moines, Minburn is the "Small Town with a Big Heart". There are two City Parks, an outdoor historical roller skating rink & 2 Rest/Bars.
