A wonderful 1 Bedroom apartment, amazing location only a few minutes drive, 15 min walk across the green bridge or ferry into the city. Shops and Cafes nearby and great views of the City and the Story Bridge. Complex has a large pool and grass/BBQ area, as well as a function room. We have a balcony with an outdoor setting, as well as a comfy egg chair for you to have your morning coffee and catch up with the world.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

An ideal space for a couple or single person with an extra bed in the lounge room area, which has a trundle suitable for a child. This property is suitable for home quarantine as there are no shared areas and a separate entry from the street.
