What you're renting in a nutshell: An attached primary bedroom with a full bathroom and exclusive use of the backyard and patio including cowboy pool (not available in winter months), hammocks and outdoor games. Access to other parts of the home is restricted.

We're focused on community living! Surrounded by our popular vintage trailer casitas , we are located near the hiking trails and Tram and 5-min from downtown. "Gateway" was/is predominately an African-American community; gentrifying with artist! We have pool passes too!

The Garden Suite features an extra large room with a king sized bed looking out over the garden and fruit trees. You will have plenty of room to spread out and relax! This unit is an attached casita that is very private with your own entrance (no access to the main house). Extra large salt water pool during the warm (ok, sometimes very hot) months make this an ideal retreat. The pool is not heated.
