Eco-Friendly Downtown Indy Carriage House

Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! Close to Bottleworks, Mass Ave, and most downtown locations. Non-toxic supplies cleaning methods. Kids welcome!

Saint Rayburn's Place

Our space is in a small but fantastic town, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Rensselaer's unique art scene is renowned; check out over two dozen murals that grace our revitalized downtown. Play disc golf at Brookside Park-we have discs for guests' use! Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. When you're ready to relax, head to Saint Rayburn's Place.

Honeyville Cottage

Escape from the hustle of daily life in the heart of Amish country. Step into this quaint cottage and leave your worries at the door. Soak your cares away in the cast iron claw foot tub or relax on the patio watching the neighbors horses run. Bicycles are available for a stroll through back country roads. Play games around the kitchen table. Take a trip into town for fresh baked Amish goods, a traditional Amish dinner or shopping. At night you can grab a blanket and lay under the stars.

Basement Apartment *conveniently near Shipshewana*

Come stay in the private, BASEMENT apartment, while you visit the one of a kind small town of Shipshewana. We are in the woods, so bugs and critters outside of the apartment are to be expected. All areas are covered in laminate with the exception of one bedroom. Apartment includes a full sized stove, refrigerator and microwave. Plates/bowls/silverware etc for 6 is provided. Light continental type breakfast also provided for one-two nights. This is not provided for longer stays

Sunny Victorian 1-Bedroom apartment near Downtown

Discover a hidden gem of a neighborhood right next door to Downtown, in historic Williams Woodland Park! Enjoy a stay in this sunny, private upstairs apartment inside a turn-of-the-century house. Freshly updated, but still retains a bit of character and charm in its woodwork, molding and the original transom window over the front door. Fully furnished, with living room, full kitchen, and separate bedroom with queen-size bed topped by a fourteen inch memory foam mattress.

The Cottage @ Portage Lion - Treat Yourself!

Cozy cottage fully renovated tucked into a beautiful park-like surrounding. Near to Notre Dame, South Bend, Lake Michigan Beaches, and wine trails. Relax here on your own patio. Luxuriate in the huge new shower. This darling two-room tiny house with a kitchenette has the conveniences and comfort you want for a short stay. The queen bed sleeps two while the couch in the main room is deep and can sleep another. Wifi and Roku enabled. Perfect little getaway!

The Cottage at The Mill District

Relax and unwind at our peaceful cottage at The Mill District. You will love the views out of the floor to ceiling windows. Everything inside and outside the cottage was recently remodeled including a brand new bathroom. You and your guests will love the well manicured property. Feel free to explore the grounds and bring your photographer (No sitting fee for guests). Peaceful location located next to clear lake.

The "Nest", unconventionally modern yet vintage.

The "Nest" has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and modern appliances, with a comfortable lounge area to make you feel right at home. The dining table can be expanded for conferences or several dinner guests. The quiet, beautifully modern bedroom is large enough to accommodate a king-sized bed and a desk area.

This bedroom boasts a private entrance and is the former upstairs dining room of one of Bloomington's longest-standing restaurants. The room has since been converted into a spacious bedroom with private bath. A folding room-divider is available for a little more privacy.
