We are centrally located and only 15 mins. from Algodones, Mexico. There’s a full bathroom, microwave, coffee station, outdoor grill, and pool. Parks, hiking and bike paths are nearby too. You will have access to our huge yard with 5 sitting areas to relax. Hear and see the birds chirping in the morning, and enjoy the star-filled night sky.

Located in a beautiful and quiet subdivision this home boasts a large floor plan with plenty of room for a group of 10 and a sparkling pool. We’ve put a lot of thought into your stay with amenities like cold drinking water, a BBQ and washer and dryer to help you enjoy your stay, relax and unwind. Throw in a bath bomb (provided) and enjoy a soak in the tub or lay out pool side with a glass of wine. Master holds a king bed, 2nd room a queen, and 2 bunks with trundles in the 3rd.

Welcome to Casa Vida! We offer many amenities, full kitchen, dedicated work space, washer/dryer, outdoor entertainment with a lounge area, BBQ and Blackstone grills, and a swimming pool to relax in. A short drive will take you to the Yuma Palms mall, the sand dunes, and Mexico, all within a 15-30 min drive. In addition, Casa Vida is about a 5 min drive to the Marine Corp Air Station or to the Freeway and approximately a 25 min drive to Yuma Proving Ground and the river!

Recently renovated, it features a vibrant, colorful design and a lush garden perfect for relaxing and spending time with your family. The home sits on a large lot, and the backyard is divided by a fence that separates it from a charming tiny house—also an Airbnb. Both homes are completely independent and do not share any spaces.
