At Lake house. We allow Party Fun & with Extras included! Decorated for Christmas during December. Guest up to 20, 10 will need sleeping bags. Collect Eggs from free range chickens, Pasture horses $20 ea per day. 1 level house open floor plan. Play, barbecue, fish, on our 20 acre property. Seasonal eagles. Picnic tables. Rent Rv, tents, your dogs love the large beach area. Events welcome, weddings, family reunions, catering. Lake open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Sports teams rent our property.

Strict rules of HOA do not allow guests to invite family or friends over to use the facility. This allows for a more intimate and enjoyable experience for renters and owners, alike.

This sweet little condo on the lake has been remodeled to feature nice clean lines and custom finish. Enjoy Lake Pend Oreille and marina views from the living room, kitchen and of course the porch. The town of Sandpoint is only a few blocks away so enjoy the short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and our famous city beach. Bring your kayak or SUP and launch out the back door. Winter time here is all about Schweitzer and its an easy drive to the mountain-11 miles.

The "Dockhouse” at Lake Rivendell is a unique getaway for an individual or a couple to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature in a rural country setting. Taking walks, bird watching, fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking, ziplining, swimming, laying on the beach in season, enjoying s'mores around a fire on the beach, or just setting on the porch over the lake enjoying your favorite drink and the beauty of the lake, mountains and country surroundings.
