Great local fishing and wildlife refuges. Enjoy the riverfront beach in town. Spend your evenings dining on the large screened back porch and cooking on the grill. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!
