Die Lage ist hervorragend; in der Nähe von leckeren Restaurants und einem unterhaltsamen Nachtleben, aber ein paar Straßen vom Lärm und den Parkplatzproblemen entfernt, die manchmal mit Capitol Hill verbunden sind. 850 Quadratfuß Platz mit Fußbodenheizung und einem kompletten Badezimmer, das eine Badewanne und eine Dusche umfasst. Die Gäste verfügen über einen privaten Seiteneingang mit schlüssellosem System, ein eigenes Badezimmer, eine eigene Küche und eine eigene Waschküche. Ideal für Mietwagen: Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Gegenden in Seattle und insbesondere Capitol Hill gibt es an der Straße genügend Parkplätze, die kostenlos und ohne Genehmigung sind. Separater Thermostat für die Klimatisierung. Ich reise ziemlich viel, arbeite aber auch von zu Hause aus und nehme mir Zeit für Gäste, wenn sie mehr Interaktion wünschen. Ich bin entspannt, aber ich freue mich, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Es gibt ein schlüsselloses Eingangssystem, das es einfach macht, Ankunft und Abreise zu koordinieren. Ich liebe Seattle und bin begeistert davon, Vorschläge für lokale Restaurants und Erlebnisse zu machen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer von Bäumen gesäumten Straße im prominenten Viertel Capitol Hill. Die Parks Volunteer und Interlaken sind nur wenige Blocks entfernt. Hast du Hunger? Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für gutes Essen und Trinken innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Busfahrer sind freundlich und die Busse Nr. 10 und Nr. 12 fahren 1 bzw. 3 Blocks entfernt zu bekannten Orten wie Pike/Pine Corridor (6-minütige Busfahrt) oder Pike Place Market (20-minütige Busfahrt). Schließlich fährt auch die Nr. 43 in der Nähe ab und ist eine zehnminütige Busfahrt zum Campus der University of Washington. UberX ist auf dem Capitol Hill lebendig und gut, mit einem durchschnittlichen Fahrpreis zum Broadway oder Pike/Pine von etwa 5 $ und 10 $ in die Innenstadt. Natürlich gibt es regelmäßige Taxis, Bike-Share und Fahrmöglichkeiten. Wenn du ein Auto hast, gibt es vor dem Haus auf der Straße genügend Parkplätze. Zusätzlich zu den beiden Queensize-Betten gibt es, wenn du mehr Platz benötigst, zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer im Haupt-/Gemeinschaftsteil des Hauses mit einem separaten Airbnb-Inserat. Normalerweise kann ich die meisten Dinge in Ordnung bringen – lass mich deine Bedürfnisse wissen und ich werde versuchen, dir entgegenzukommen.

Rest a mug on the reclaimed wood coffee table and snuggle up on the comfy corner sofa in this prime city neighborhood, next to lively Capitol Hill. Here, crisp white decor, clean lines, and cool marble contrast with rustic bricks and hardwood floors. The apartment is in the brighter half of the lower level of our home, occupied by 2 adults and a 3 year-old toddler. Prior to booking, make sure that you are okay with occasional noise coming from the other side of the basement where our family room is located or upstairs in the main floor of the house. Our guests are able to access the entire unit, including private bedroom & bathroom, living room and use our driveway as free parking on premises, as long as they have a compact car that doesn't block the driveway of our neighbors. We are pretty flexible when it comes to guest interaction -- we communicate as little or as much as our guests like and feel comfortable. We respect guests from all cultural and religious background. We've invited guests for gatherings in our place in the past and they've all appreciated to socialize with us and our group of friends. The apartment is close to Montlake Blvd Market, and the University of Washington and the UW light rail station are just a short walk away. Some local cafes and restaurants, like Little Lago and Cafe Lago, are also within walking distance. There is free street parking in front of the house. Compact cars can park in the driveway in front of the apartment. UW light rail station is a 0.8 mile walk away via the Montlake play field park shortcut. The light rail brings you to downtown in 6 minutes (only 2 stations), the stadiums in 15 minutes (6 stops), and the SeaTac airport in 45 minutes (14 stations). If you are traveling on a budget, Uber/Lyft are great alternatives to get to close by neighborhoods like Capitol Hill, East Lake Union, Downtown, Bell Town, Queen Anne, or upscale University Village.

Many trails surround the neighborhood, with shops, cafes, and the university close too. Lime Bikes, Ride Share (Car2Go & ReachNow), local buses and the Light Rail are all available in the neighborhood. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are easily accessible.
