The Happy House - 5 bedrooms! Right downtown.

Old fashioned, unpretentious - only 1 block from downtown - restaurants, shops and Avon Theatre. Not fancy but pretty great. Compact. Good light. Homey. Garden with a picnic table. Good for couples or families (with kids). Well mannered pets are fine. Driveway holds 4 cars in a row. For those with limited mobility, there is a large bedroom and a 3 pc bathroom on the main floor - only one step up to deck and one into house if you go through the back. There is a 2nd 3 piece bathroom upstairs.

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people

Large, 5 bdrm family cottage in Southcott Pines

Large comfortable cottage located within the private Southcott pines subdivision of Grand Bend is the perfect spot for 1-2 families to retreat to. It is a 5 minute walk to a private sandy beach for fun in the sun and beautiful sunsets. Cottage has lots of natural light including a beautiful 3 season sun room which has open air screened windows to enjoy your morning coffee in or your evenings bug free. July and August are 7 night rentals only from Sunday to Sunday.
