The house is located in Richmond, a small and friendly suburb bordering the vibrant neighbourhood of Melville, close to Millpark Hospital. The house was featured in Home & Leisure design magazine in 2016 due to its inspirational philosophy and its unique and creative architecture and interior design, as well as a Netflix series and a number of TV commercials.

Bryanston Garden Cottage is central, serene oasis with mature trees and many birds, yet close to a host of businesses,cafes & restaurants. Numerous corporate offices e.g. Didata, SAB, Tiger Brands etc, Sandton Clinic and good road access , makes our cottage ideal for singles, couples, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.
