It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from all Hot Springs has to offer. There is a private covered boat dock for you to use - you can rent a boat or bring your own! The home has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample parking and all on a flat lake lot with no steps needed!

Very quite and cozy with fire pit and ambiance lighting!! A place you will want to revisit!! So book now !! Also has two kayaks . A very nice cove to float and soak up some sun. Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in cove will be minimal.
