It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.

It has a community pool and a large 2 story dock, 300 feet out over the water. This spot is popular for watching sunsets.
