Built in 1895, this four room cottage has been lovingly renovated as a private guest wing of a larger property. This cosy cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip, wander the shops, galleries, the river trails and sites of Yass Valley or Canberra. If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. 'Winona' our art deco, California bungalow style home built around the 1920s, is a charming and characterful property with modern amenities for your comfort. Located on leafy Murray street and just strolling distance to the town centre. Cootamundra has a wonderful variety of places to eat, shop and visit. Including the Art and craft centre, Bradmans birthplace museum and lots lots more. Our place is dog friendly with a secure backyard.

Shearer's Huts

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with wide open spaces and expansive views. The original Shearer's huts built in 1948 has been renovated into a modern space with the rustic charm of the original building. We are pet friendly, however we are a working farm and ask that you are responsible for your pets while staying. We are a 10 minute drive to Harden and a 20 minute drive to Jugiong.

Our Very Comfortable Granny Flat is at the back of our main limestone fronted house. It is very private, has a enclosed courtyard and is walking distance to restaurants and cafes in Yass town. We are really just over the road from the Yass River and there are plenty of picturesque walking paths along the river. There are also other facilities close by including a dog park, swimming pool children's playground.
