Beautiful little cottage on homestead just 12 minutes from Qualicum Beach. Come connect back with the land and walk the gardens on this quaint little farm. We have Nigerian Dwarf Goats to cuddle with and many free-range chickens. We offer farm tours and fresh coffee. Lots to explore in the area and a quick drive to the beach or old growth forest. Located outside of Parksville, about 10 minutes from town.

Welcome to the Lazy J Ranch. We offer a self-contained walkout basement suite that sleeps four comfortably. The suite has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen/living room with a sofa-bed. It has its own patio with table, chairs and barbecue, and a view out over the fields and the forest. Nestled on 13 acres, The Lazy J is home to our alpacas, horses, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Walk down the trail to watch the animals, and relax beside the creek.

Welcome to a few days of relaxing. You're at the beach in 5 minutes or just step out the door to the forest. Sleep in, order a pizza and play a board game by the cozy woodstove. Put on your best duds for a dinner date down by the ocean. Maybe a fire in the backyard with a cup of cocoa? Full bathroom and everything you need for a tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.

Karmix Cottage was fully updated in 2022 and sits on 5 fenced acres, surrounded by sprawling pastures, old growth trees and epic views of Mt. Moriarty and Mt. Arrowsmith. Enjoy full privacy in the well-stocked cottage while enjoying the tranquility of rural life close to town. The cottage is 4 minutes away from a major grocery store and Oceanside Arena. We are very close to the famous Parksville beaches and the highway to Tofino.

Enjoy the outdoors at this peaceful and centrally located resort hotel condo. Stunning ocean and mountain views. Beautifully refurbished and redecorated in fall of 2025, with full kitchen. Step out through your patio and onto the lawn and beach! Thirty minute walk or ten minute bike ride to the heart of this charming oceanside village. This accommodation is legally registered with the province and town.

My place is half way between Parksville and Qualicum Beach and close to multiple beautiful parks, beaches and golf courses. You’ll love the studio suite because of the kitchenette, natural light, comfy king size bed, and the coziness. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and furry dog friends. Sorry no cats.
