Petit Moine is an annex to our family home with its own private entrance. In the annex you’ll find a king sized bed, bathroom, table & chairs, TV, and a kitchenette. Outside, you’ll have your own private furnished garden and dedicated parking space. In a central location, 20 minutes from everywhere, you’ll have access to country walks, beaches and shopping. Set in the countryside, you will be just a 5 minute drive from St Helier’s town centre. It is recommended you have your own transport.

To the East, is the scenic Castle harbour village of Gorey. There is 9 hole golf course just 2 mins away with a driving range, tennis courts and a restaurant/bar.

It benefits from an extremely convenient bus service or is a 25-30 minute pleasant walk to St Helier. There are country walks and a beautiful south coast beach also within walking distance.

Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

Our spacious one bedroom cottage can accommodate either one or two adults and is located in a peaceful part of Grouville, yet only a 5 minute drive into St Helier. The living area is spacious and open plan, with a lovely bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Perfect for a couple or individual coming to explore or work on Jersey. The cottage is joined to the host's house but is self contained with private parking and separate access, with its own private terrace and garden.

We retired recently and have a one bedroom self contained flat in our house with separate access up some outside stairs. The bedroom has a superking size bed which can be made into twin beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open plan lounge with dining table and TV. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will have access to a gas BBQ and seating area outside.
