The home is only 2 years old and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is 10 mins from XNA Airport and 10 mins to Centerton. It is approx. 15 mins to Downtown Bentonville and the Walmart Museum home of the 1st Walmart. Many local museums and bike trails as well as beautiful nature hikes.
