Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

Located in the historic Sultan Ahmet District of Istanbul near the Hagia Sophia, our stylish home is also close to several other notable tourist destination sites with cultural importance. Our well furnished and clean space is fully stocked with ample amenities to accommodate your stay. As your host, I will be staying in close proximity and readily available to resolve any issues during your stay. I am also available to provide tourist tips, recommendations and arrange site-seeing tours.

My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

(🎶 a mansion that feels like winter garden) We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

A Unique Experience at Buyukada

Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Our family house in Büyükada (Prinkipo) was built in early 19th century by a Greek architect. Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.

Our recently restored Little White House is in a 700-year old neighborhood called Kuzguncuk. It comfortably fits five with capacity to accommodate up to seven guests.
