This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Guests have for their sole use annexe attached to the main house consisting of:- separate bedroom with Kingsize bed, shower room/toilet, well equipped kitchenette/lounge with TV & leather sofa, outdoor space with table/chairs. Good bus route to the Centre and the Station. Suitable for couples/solo guests.

Second floor apartment just 10-12 minutes pleasant walk to the Bar Walls (Monkgate), York Minster, and the historic city. Overlooking the River Foss. You can often see swans, and sometimes kingfishers from the Juliet balcony. Accessed by a keysafe. Free parking on site. Safe neighbourhood. Welcome folder in the apartment with local info.
