If you are looking to book an event, please go into the house rules and under additional rules are the terms and agreement for booking events.

IN-Law Suite

This In-Law Suite is a totally separate, fully equipped apartment. Private entry and parking space; fenced back yard. Full living room has a faux leather sofa, tv, built in desk. Full kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher; all pots & pans, etc. provided. The bathroom has a tub with shower and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a very large walk-in closet. Neighborhood is upper middle class, safe, clean, nice. Near Kroger, Wal-Mart, downtown. All are welcome.

Tucked away in the woods, see the stars and hear nature as you enjoy family time, couple’s time, or quiet time alone. Have your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the back porch or around the fire pit. A great country retreat that’s just minutes from downtown Kilgore, and less than 20 minutes to Longview and Tyler. Also convenient to great antique shopping in Gladewater and Henderson.

Newly remodeled and ready for you! This adorable 2/1 house is located just south of Kilgore College with easy access to Business 259 and all that Kilgore has to offer. It is about 20 minutes from Longview and 30 minutes from Tyler. It has a queen bed, day bed with a trundle, large sofa, overstuffed chair and a dining area with seating for 4. There is also a stacked, full size washer and dryer in the carport storage room. Relax on the outdoor patio in the adirondack chairs.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene wooded area of the piney woods of East Texas. Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.

MiniCabin on Mini Ranch in ETX

Mini cabin located on a 20 acre ranch centrally located in East Texas, 20 miles south of Tyler and 2 hours east of Dallas. See what it's like to live in a mini-home and get a taste of the country life also. You are welcome to walk the property but bring something better than sandals. Lots of Entertainment , museums and restaurants within a 20 to 50 minute drive.
