Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

A pretty, peaceful & convenient cottage located in Te Atatu South, West Auckland. 2 minute drive from the North Western motorway and 15-min drive from Auckland city and Auckland airport off peak. Ample parking available. Trust stadium and Waitakere Hospital a 5 min drive away. Enjoy sitting on the deck under the trees and unwind. Laundry & washing machine off the kitchen. 2 bedrooms with lots of sun and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower. tv with Freeview and Netflix ect Massey is close to the new northwest mall, Kumeu for wineries and the west coast beaches, along with being a short 15 minute drive to both the north shore and the city centre.
