You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Huset ligger i skønne rolige naturomgivelser ned til Esrum Å. Fra huset er der udsigt til have, Å og marker. Ved siden af huset ligger hovedhuset hvor der somme tider kan være nogen. Huset står flot med lækkert køkken og bad og alt hvad et hus skal have. 10 min gang fra skøn sandstrand. Huset har udover en stor dobbeltseng til 2 personer en 140 cm boxmadras på hemsen. Der er fri adgang til kajakker, SUP, bålsted, cykler og fiskestænger. Nyt VILDMARKSBAD og ISBAD er mod betaling.

Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø. Dejligt Anneks med køkken og havudsigt og strand. Der er fibernet. Tæt på Helsingør by og Kronborg. Der er en seng på 160 gange 200 cm. Der er TV og Chromecast. Bord og 2 stole. I køkkenet er der basis køkkengrej. Lille køleskab med frys, 2 kogeplader, kombineret mikroovn og ovn. Der er håndklæder og morgenkåber. Der er aircondition. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

We call our house "The Guesthouse"; an indenpendent house and garden of total 2.500 m2, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area, 200 m from the beach and 4 km to Gilleleje. It is a perfect base for exploring North Zealand and Copenhagen is only a 60-minute cardrive away. This house is perfect for a laid back vacation or just for an extended weekend. All year round.
