We are a close drive from Louisville, Holiday World and Splashin’ Safari, Paoli Peaks, O’Bannon Woods and Patoka Lake State Park, multiple cave tours, canoeing, wineries, casinos, and so much more. Recently renovated lake house with rustic contemporary decor. Gourmet kitchen includes dishes, cookware and small appliances as well as a deluxe espresso/cappuccino maker. House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

This renovated bungalow offers the perfect mix of a 30 minute drive to Downtown Louisville with a natural escape to river views, hiking, mountain biking and paddling access at the mouth of the Salt And Ohio Rivers. The Pearman Trail is steps from the front porch, just across the railroad tracks, and leads to the public boat ramp, Historic Civil War Fort Duffield and the 7 miles of hike/bike trails which surround it. Explore the towns many National Historic Registry buildings.
