This rental is a private apartment on the lower half of a large home with it's own entrance. Guests share only the 5 park like acres of river front outdoors. There are also 2 year round streams. The suite is spacious with river and garden views. There is one large bedroom with king bed and queen murphy bed. The living room has a queen futon that folds out into a bed . This apartment is ideal for two persons or a family . Guests enjoy bird watching , fishing., swimming, and hiking. .

The cottage is a short distance (3 min. walk) to the Salmon River & Blue Hole swimming river access, it is secluded. In the Marble Mountain, Trinity Alps Wildernesses, at confluence of the Salmon & Klamath Rivers. Fishing, rafting, hiking. Relax on the screened in porch with bar stools & counter overlooking Merrill Creek & be soothed by sounds of a breeze in trees, water flowing & birds singing. Cottage is hypoallergenic. I use Free & Clear laundry soap. No pets. Advice: Bring groceries

Applegate River Overlook!

While at the Overlook perched above the river, you have amazing views in all directions, The Applegate River as well as the Red Butte Mountains in the distance. Stunning! Mountain and forest views all around. There are two sleeping areas, a bedroom downstairs with a full bath. It has a queen Murphy bed, making more room during the day. Glass French doors out onto the patio. The laundry room is downstairs as well.
