This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult

Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. Very close to shops, restaurants, pubs and public transport. 10 minutes to Manchester Airport and 20-25 minute drive to Manchester City. Our home is modern and spacious perfect for open plan living. Downstairs you will find a gorgeous kitchen diner complete with bifold doors, a spacious lounge with an open staircase, laundry room, downstairs loo and porch area. Upstairs there is a family bathroom & 2 double bedrooms. Off street parking for 2 cars. (please note this is our home & we only rent out the house when we are away, the third bedroom will be locked during your stay)

Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

Railway station is a 5 minute walk Park and woods nearby - nice walks Pets welcome with owner approval but not allowed upstairs or on furniture - utility area is ideal for pet baskets. Due to cottage being small, owners prefer 3 guests only No smoking inside but outside space is available. Parking for one car on drive but parking also available on road. Airport 10 min drive
