The Barnacle is a converted 1800's barn that is our guest house. It's rustic, cozy, and only 50 yards from the water and Holbrook Island Sanctuary State Park. Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.

Lamoine Thuya Cottage

I hope you will enjoy this beautiful area of the U.S. from Thuya Cottage that I designed and built in 2008 using beams from my property. It is a weekly rental. Its named for the Thuya Cedar Tree visible from my round window. Go past #23, #41, my home. Drive s!ow!y to avoid wildlife! Bedroom and bath are upstairs and the kitchen has provisions. I'm 20 mi from Bar Harbor. Welcome!

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.
