Country Cottage gives you the chance to relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with great mountain views. We are also pet friendly, with plenty of yard to let them play while you enjoy the mountain scenery! The living room has a couch with a queen pull out bed, and the back room also has a pull out futon bed for more guests! The master bathroom has a walk in shower. Located at the top of a mountain in the Cherokee National Forest, this home is the perfect getaway from the city with no street lights or engine noise! 4/10 of a mile to Lake Watauga and the Appalachian Trail. >15 mins to zip lines, hiking & under an hour to the NC ski slopes. Route to home is on paved, all season roads. Driveway is steep, but parking available on the street also. NO FIRES ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY.
